This boat slip is located at the mouth of the Housatonic River in Stratford. The slip, #10, faces East towards the Long Island Sound. It features 45 foot of dock space and 15 feet wide. At low tide the draft is 4 feet. Fresh water is available at the slip as well as electricity. The season for this slip starts April 1st till November 1st. Renters must provide liability and property damage insurance. Clubhouse on premises. Use of bathroom. A rental fee is required and booked for the use of the dining area and kitchen . Rental fee is $425/ month.
