This quiet and secure residential dock is located on the Favorable North Fork of the New River in Fort Lauderdale. Corner Lot allowing for easy maneuvering and docking. The North side of the river has minimal navigation, no commercial traffic and no wake. There are no fixed bridges, both sailboats and power vessels are welcome. 8 ft draft at low tide, soft bottom, 30/50-amp power and water, 14 ft beam max. 80-feet of dock length. Yard is safely secured and fenced. An ideal spot during hurricane season. Vessels must be attractive, seaworthy, and clean. Please note that this is not a marina or DIY yard, though routine maintenance like bottom cleaning and boat washing is allowed. Owners are always encouraged to visit without any limitations.
