This quiet and secure residential dock is located on the North Fork of the New River in Fort Lauderdale sits directly on the main river, offering the advantage of a 170ft wide canal making it an excellent turning basin allowing for easy docking. The North side of the river has minimal navigation and no commercial traffic. There is minimal to no wake. There are no fixed bridges, both sailboats and power vessels are welcome. 7ft draft at low tide, 30/50-amp power and water, no beam restrictions, 80-foot dock length. Yard is safely secured and fenced. An ideal spot during hurricane season. Vessels must be attractive, seaworthy, and clean. Please note that this is not a marina or DIY yard, though routine maintenance like bottom cleaning and boat washing is allowed. Owners are always encouraged to visit without any limitations.
