This 55 foot slip is conveniently located behind Carmine's restaurant and opposite the Marina office restroom showers and laundry you can even park behind or near you a vessel in our own private parking lot. Most notably this Marina is considered a hurricane hole and you will not have to move your vessel in the event of a storm. It is close to all with 3 restaurants alongside the premises and Publix and trader Joe's within walking distance. Your vessel must fit entirely within the perimeter of the dock. The current rate includes Wi-Fi and water. The premises is manned 24 hours 7 days a week. Sales tax and a 50 amp cord fee of $250 per month is additional. The slip is located within a secure basin there is no heavy marine traffic and there are no fixed bridges to ocean access which is about 5 nautical miles away.
