The dock is located on a point lot on beautiful, protected Lake Placid in Lighthouse Point which is minutes from the ocean. The Hillsboro Bridge rises every 15 minutes. The gas docks can be seen from the dock 500 feet away. The depth at low tide is 5 feet with plenty of width at Lake Placid. Water and electricity are available on the dock. We are looking for a long-term renter. Publix, pharmacies, restaurants and liquor stores are available in less than 1/2 mile. Parking is available on the street. Our home and dock are extremely well lite and secure and the police and fire department are less than 1/3 mile away.
