Location is perfect with 90ft dock near the yacht club and no fixed bridges to ocean access that can accommodate up to 60 ft boat and / or has a 17,000 lb boat lift. 50-amp power is available along with fresh water. Flexible access and ample parking. No live-aboard permitted. Vessels must have insurance. Rate is based on use of boat lift, size of vessel and length of stay. Power is charged seperately.
