Location is perfect with 90ft dock near the yacht club and no fixed bridges to ocean access that can accommodate up to 60 ft boat and / or has a 17,000 lb boat lift. 50-amp power is available along with fresh water. Flexible access and parking. No live-aboard permitted. Vessels must have insurance. Rate for boat lift is $1,800. Dock without boat lift is $30/ foot and negotiable based on size of vessel and length of stay. Power is charged separately for lift and dock.
